Request permanent deletion of your account and all personal data associated with it, including your profile, event history, messages, and uploaded media.
You can also delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Menu → Delete account.
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including your profile information, event activity, location history used for check-in, and device identifiers.

You can update most profile details directly in the app: Profile → Edit profile.
Request that we limit the use of your data to core app functionality only. This includes opting out of product analytics, personalisation based on usage patterns, and any non-essential processing.
Submit opt-outAcknowledgement: Within 3 business days of receiving your request.
Completion (CCPA — California): Within 45 days. May be extended by an additional 45 days if necessary.
Completion (GDPR — European Union / UK): Within 30 days. May be extended by 2 months for complex requests.
Identity verification: We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your account.
If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of a California resident, please include written authorization or power of attorney with your request email. We may contact the individual directly to verify the request.
